That's about what it was when we first started. It looks like things are normalizing. If he brings the contest back things could increase. I don't think I'll participate in the referral contest though but others probably will.

How many upgrade members do you have? I only have two and received $4.51. Are you including matching bonuses in your total?

That solves the puzzle. Three upgrades gives you four shares to my two which then get multiplied by the seniority multiplier.

This is why they need to bring in the PIF. If I were to upgrade one member, I would earn another $4.51 so my net cost would only be $2.50 and that person might stay upgraded. Then I have their matching bonus on top so it would probably be a net gain.

I think I'm going to start hunting recently signed-in referrals who have been around for a while and ask them if they want a free month upgrade or a rebate on an upgrade Idea
