That's cool.

And for SS my first account earned $6.25 so he will get that in profit sharing plus the $.70 in commissions which totals $6.95. So I am almost singlehandedly paying his upgrade which is also cool.

Earnings from both accounts are $28.5. If you subtract my $14 in upgrades, I've doubled my money. So I'll have some more adbucks to challenge smartas12 with.

Yes, just click the total purchased number (usually $0) and a pop-up box will come up with their referral number in the URL.

There will be dips and spikes from month to month in your profit sharing commissions, for many different reasons.

But if you compare Year-To-Year, it will show an increase.

Of course, the Biggest increases will be when your referrals upgrade, and your biggest decrease will be when one of them cancels their upgrade.

So don't ignore your referrals. Contact them and offer to help them in any way you can.

There is something that practically NO Sponsor in MLM ever does, and that is to offer to help their referrals with ANY issue, even if it's not related to your business.

Nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.

This site reminds me so much of a movie scene. The two characters are fighting. They've knocked over a lit candle and a can of gasoline. The gas is spreading across the floor. It is only a matter of time before the two make contact and the stunt man is running out of the house in one of those fire suits(I suppose I watch too many shows).

That gas is my earnings. The lit candle is the paid part of my ad network (neobux, adhitz, etc.)

My last referral is 6766 so that is 18 referrals for March already. That is averaging 6 per day. If we can keep this going we are on pace for 180 new members in March

Samrtas12 has accepted my challenge and we are dueling for the top spot. That always has a beneficial knock-on effect for site referring. Smiley

Yes, he is an active owner. He understands the benefits of using his list to keep people active and move them towards upgrades. I'm pretty sure he is responsible for most of my upgrades since I don't and am terrible at managing my referrals.
