Clicksia and Incentria - Closing.

It's really a bitter message that Incentria and Clicksia are closing, due to the owner's poor health and poor site revenue.

7 years of online and good payment records, finally it's going down.

Though I didn't have much clicking experience with those sites, I got good referrals for my UltimateCashAds. Now, advertisers are losing another source of advertising.

Good thing is, he is not selling the site to anyone. That's really good of him. (He could have sold the site to JJ or someone for good money, but he chose not to.)

I wish NorthOwl good health. Hands down

I've been in Clixsia for years though not really active but I checked often for their advertising prices, and see how it is performing.
It's depressing to see such a giant go down..

Let's hope at least that NorthOwl will get better now..

I told him 2 or 3 years ago to sell the sites, he said he would never sell them, then for the past 1 1/2 year I have been waiting for the day it would close. It has now come to be... He certainly can make good money out of it but selling the site to ensure continued operations might be not so sure, I remember when lgwong sold GetPaidForum, that was the beginning of the end and there was nothing we could do about it.

3+ years he could have made good money from ems.. as it stands, he would have problem to make money to cover all the monthly expenses.

EMS passed is peak long time ago, it has been downhill the past 2 years and will keep coming down.

LOL, it is not that. I just say it as i see it.
Truth is, i doubt will be enough to cover server expenses (3 years ago was $500/month just for server), contests, staff.

EMS active users is really low now, most people there would not pay to be able to post on buy/sell thread, they would not pay for a membership with X benefts, etc
Also i know for talking with North, most of these things is things he would never does, cause he doesnt want to have 2 types of users in the forum.

He could put AdHitz (or other network) ads on thus blogs people has, but this is something he is also against.

So, basically relaying only on banner ads, i cant see them make the necessary money.
