I had some inside-info on this since over 1 year ago. Things weren't looking bright for them since then.
For some reason they refused to sell (even though they had the chance to do so), hence they're closing shop now.
Come to think of it, I wouldn't sell my work either if I'd get myself into that situation.
It's a pity, but just another day online.
Another will take their place shortly, no doubt.
