I never thought I'd have to create this thread especially here but take a look at this : http://www.ptc-investigation.com/ Though I sometimes have disaggreed with his points of view, it still is kinda sad to see him go. It has been a good information source for many years and it probably saved me trouble a couple of times.

It ain't that complete, but will do the job since that spot's empty right now.

PTCCentral is not that new really.. If I'm not wrong I remember it being mentioned somewhere in GetPaidReview..
PTCInvestigation however has always been more popular..
