rented referrals lists of others. I remember having rented some and see some actual usernames between the codes in

Maybe it was precisely because you could meet those people in the forum. I suspect some unpleasant situations may have happened in the past. People who joined unreffered don't have any sort of "proper connection" to their uplines, since they never contacted them or saw any of their ads.
With direct referrals hiding the usernames would be very inconvenient. Direct referrals may include friends and family, or members recruited through PTSU offers (I know all of mine are Tongue

). Not showing their names would make promoting the site much more difficult. Rented referrals can be recyled, so we profit more from a "slot" than from a specific referral.

Forums are always moderated.. if someone gets unpleasant in such a way against another member
he would get kicked out. The only way possible in my opinion would be the personal messaging and
there can always be specific blocks against specific people.

I think the hidden username system is there mostly in the site's favor..
I know if I was to make such a site I would have usernames visible.

If it's visible in direct referrals, and it's also visible in the forum it should be there as well.
It helps with the activity tracking and that's something that sites don't like nowadays.

I just received my first DR there but more importantly I also purchased my second revenue share. The two will be producing $2.30 per day and give me 2000 credits per month and 100K banner impressions. They will also help to fund my first upgrade.

I will be buying my third share in two weeks when the cash from these two pay for it.

Anyway, I like to let them know when I'll be spending a lot on their site and reinvesting it so that they don't get nervous about me taking huge amounts of cash out. My primary goal is to build up a huge ad spot. We were trying to do that at PTCbox before.....the incident

Regarding the "pending" thing their FAQ page says :
