This is another website dealing in converting traffic to cash with PTP

The base rate is 0.25 CPM for unique visits, but repeat visits also generate cash, using a tier system similar to R4A.
They also have a quick PTP that pays really low, but traffic can come from anywhere, without any blacklisted sites.
There's the option to upgrade only certain modules of our account. You can upgrade just the PTP rate, or the referral earnings %, and so on. Still haven't tried any of them, but they could be interesting in some cases.
