You can use those to buy lifetime banner ads. I think that is probably the most cost effective use for the credits as they will then be on the site as long as it lasts

BTW, with two accounts at DLF it is easier to do split testing at sites. I just realized that. You can use banners, splash pages and your own personal pages to test against each other as long as you use the different referral links
