With 18 referrals in 15 days, I won the referral contest.  Smiley

This was on the back of my latest banner test. The banner works but I'm also stepping up my referring game. This, R4A, and paidverts are my three big referring stars right now and they work as a team, or rather, the front line of a hockey team with PV centering the other two  Grin

As I continue to earn from each, I'm going to start pumping it into DLF.

Some might argue this is not the way to get people in but I argue our job is to get them into the lineup and then 'upsell' them. The DLF admin does a pretty good job of nagging them into an upgrade. That is helpful also.

So here is the banner. The 18 referrals were from 3389 official hits in the referral contest so that is a phenomenal ratio. Even if you double the number of clicks to the site, that is still a fantastic signup to click ratio. It shows many are already convinced by the time they click on the banner which I always argue should serve as your first filter in your sales chain.

I can't remember how many banner impressions I pushed towards those clicks but it was a lot. This banner shows that if you show it enough, it works. And YES, you can use it since we all benefit

SS!

When I tried to upload my imgur banner as the script version, the site locked me out I think at the isp level. I am on a different isp and on my phone. None of my computer browsers can get in. I sent a mail to your paidverts yahoo mail address to explain what happened. Would it be possible for you to unblock that isp or is it from my side that is the problem?

Yes, I have one share that got 38 cents so that is accurate. You don’t get profit sharing on contest wins. The last referral # I got was 6235 so I am near the first multiplier (about 100 away)

As a free member, your matching bonus should be 10%. Are you promoting and have referrals? That matching bonus means your downline has 6 shares. I assume that is Rui. So if you upgraded today, you would get a 100% matching bonus which would be worth $2.30 to you plus a commission from Rui of at least 70 cents, so you would already be halfway to a paid-for upgrade. Depending on how many shares you have, due to your seniority, you would be even closer. This is why I was saying that it was important just to get in line. Especially with our team and how we help each other.

I was checking my first position downline today and I have four upgrades. That equals 70 cents times four for commissions which = $2.80.

Then you add in matching bonuses. Three of my referrals have three shares each. That bonus is $1.14 each. One, which I assume is Sebas, has 8 shares for a total of $3.03.

So with only four upgraded referrals and a bit of time under the seniority system, I'm in profit at $9.25. Then, on top of that, you can count how my $6.06 of profit-sharing plus 70 cents of referral upgrade commission passes up to my team member SS and for no extra cost we also almost pay for his upgrade. That's awesome!  Grin Smiley

I don't think any of those folks in my upgrades are going to drop out. The three I've had for quite a few months and the fourth is relatively new but he is deep enough to have three shares already. With the admin doing the upselling, it shouldn't be long before more upgrade.

I'm liking the concept of this site more and more, especially when you plug our team build concept into it. They dovetail nicely.  Smiley

Also Dan, I see you are higher in the hits contest. You are not far from a twice-monthly $2 bonus by being in the top ten. Good work!  Smiley

No, you need to take a cashout and then upgrade externally via paypal.

Though that happens automatically.. since they pay and get paid (subscription) through the same source recursively..

I've decided to compete for the top spot in the contest for a while. It's all good because the income from the winnings will go right back into promotions

Hope it does. Otherwise, wouldn't the manual upgrades get tedious after a while?

I think this is another area they could work on or make improvements in. IMHO.

Yes, the automation is great. You just get a notification from paypal for both the cash and the subscription assuming your cashout is more than $10.

The downside is the fees. That is where the setup fails both the site and its members.
