Advcash seems like an interesting site.. is it reliable enough?
It would be cool to have a way to directly pull money out of payment processors through it using an ATM..
It seems to be supporting free SWIFT / SEPA bank transfer (for verified users) which seems to be cool when compared with alternative payment processors' top up fees.
Here is the Advcash list of top up and withdrawal fees..:
Quote:INSTANT FUNDING WITH OTHER E-CURRENCIES
Paxum 0.95%
OKPay 0.95%
Perfect Money 3.25%
Ecoin 1%
Payeer USD/EUR 4.25%
Payeer RUB 0.9%
Exmo code 0%

I'm mainly researching Perfect Money lately and it seems that when I need to deposit money it's relatively cheap if done through a bank transfer, resulting only in 0.5% which is great.
But when withdrawing, I see there is a 3.25% from Perfect Money and another $/€ 0.99 to withdraw it using its provided MasterCard..
Payza on the other hand charges a €2.50 EUR fixed amount for a bank transfer withdrawal, or $8 for credit card withdrawal..
Would it be wise to go through the AdvCash/Perfect Money route here?
