Funding through Bitcoin is quite easy, as well as through ADVCash. For bitcoin funding, best way it to use Bartermyfunds. I think it has the lowest fees, plus there's a referral system in place.
Bank wire, I've simulated bank wire deposit, but it has intermediary bank fees, so it was cheaper to use another processor, ADVCash. SEPA deposits are free, and so are ADVCash -> PM withdraws. You only have the standard 0.5% Perfect Money fee.
Regarding the interest payments in perfect money. Every month you get paid interest based on the minimum balance you had that month, at a rate of 4% per annum.
In other words, every month you get 0.33% of your miminum balance.
Plus, you also get 0.08% of your referrals minimum balance (1% per annum).
As for using debit cards... I'm not sure what options you have. ADVCash doesn't accept cards for depositing, only withdrawal.
Btw, you are my PM referral, right?
Edited: I have found a way of using cards. With Bitstamp, you can use cards to buy bitcoins (around 8% fee, though). From there, you just have to exchange it to PM.
You're asking about cards because of the capital controls right?
If you want to save on card fees, and if you can send Paypal personal transfers using credit card (3.4%+0.35€), you can also find a reliable, dashing friend willing to trade Paypal for Perfect Money or Bitcoin
