Looking for a good PTP

Anyone know of a good PTP (i.e. not including DonkeyMails and No-Minimum)?

For instance, I just want those that pay based on 24 hour unique visits just to your own referral url. And not those that only pay if your referral link happens to be seen first in a program or something.

I'm also open to those you could earn referring page credits with.

But for free members it's quite low. But for premium members it goes up to $1 CPM, which is pretty good. I'm just not very sure about the site yet to consider joining and investing there (the owner doesn't have a good history).
