One of my friends is (again) pressing me to join MerchantShares.

Can anyone share your experience, if you are in already.

I did a search on "MerchantShares" or even "Merchant Shares" on the forum, yours were the first post on this topic. So, I doubt if the usual members were or are a member of this program. Although I could be wrong?

Unless someone reading this post happens to be a member?

They've been online for some time now though this doesn't render them on the safe side on investment programs.

It's a HYIP with a non-fixed profit sharing from what I understand.

They promise to return 150% on your investment but I've read that there are fees that reduce that amount up to 10%.

They have a slow rate compared to other sites, which may be the reason they've survived so long, but they are also known to be prone to rapid changes which doesn't sound good.

They are also undergoing maintenance right now so the site is actually not accessible right now, and the notice on their home page also says that they are implementing "major" changes to their "business flow to comply with regulatory and payment method's accepted terms and conditions"..

As far as I see, there are a bunch of red flags there, but we could keep an eye on it to see how they will go in the future..

Also, if you look at their FB page, you'll see that they also had maintenance, server issues just last Fall.
