RefBan is a new site (still in pre-launch mode) dedicated to banner advertising. Advertisers buy banner ad campaigns, which are displayed in other people's websites, said people being called publishers.

Ways to earn at the site:
1) Be a publisher: If you have a website you can sell banner space (paid $0.05-$0.10 per day).
2) Refer a publisher: You refer someone who becomes a publisher and he must also refer an active member in his downline. You get paid $0.01-$0.02 for every member that fulfills these conditions in a 10-level downline
3) Refer an advertiser: You can get from 15% to 30% of the advertisement sales generated by your 1st level downline.

If you buy an advertising package, you get "Advertiser status", which enables you to earn the top values mentioned in 1), 2) and 3)
