Impressions possibly close to a million..
Banner Clicks Tracked : ~1000
Referrals I got : 1
Conversion Ratio : 0.1% (of visits)
Price paid per referral : $10 each

My opinion : Absolutely disastrous investment..   :'(
Unfortunately, it seems that top10-ptc.com is mostly recommended for PTCs advertising..
In other cases (other than PTCs) it could prove to be a waste of money...

I've tried that site too. I'd only recommend PTC sites in their ads and it is best to only grab position one or two. The reason is that those are the only two that are visible when you click at Neobux. Since the ad only runs 5 seconds, you need to catch the people's attention right away so you need to grab what is called the 'prime real estate' of the page or, in other words, what is visible to the eye once a person clicks on the page

It only costs a couple bucks more and the investment is definitely worth it

I have seen success in clixsense but I didn't get any return on investment, just referrals. If you just want referrals for CIOB, clixsense will work. This might pay off over the long term as you build a large userbase and they then go out and get referrals but I can't guarantee that

Another benefit is that you might get a lot of clicks on your CIOB banners

an approach you might use in your ads , is to show how people can get unlimited banner ads for $10. That is one feature of the upgrade that isn't too apparent and as the site grows that benefit becomes greater.

Another thing is the rebate feature. Since you are getting paid the entire $10 from your referrals(once your 2-up requirements are paid), you could offer 50%, 75%, even up to 100% back in a rebate if they join under you. Then they get those unlimited banners for a much better price

If you could design a banner that says something like get unlimited banners at our site for $5....for free, etc. and then have them go to a page that explains the offer and why it is such a great deal (how many banner impressions you get per day/week or how many clicks you get from the site), that may be a way to draw people in.

They may not see it as a deal for $10 but maybe unlimited banners for $1 might be more attractive to them. The great part is that you can play around with the price. Maybe start out at free or a dollar, and then as the base increases you could raise it to $5 or full price.

As your team grows you will also be getting your 2-ups so those will be full price for you

One final benefit you could offer is to promote your team's links in a rotator if they upgrade. Not everyone is good at promoting. As you build a team their downline members will be passed up to you so that will pay for itself. Since the site goes 6 levels deep you won't be losing much when it comes to downline hits. Just one level worth

Well, that is an interesting approach.. :)

Prospering in the marketing world is about finding unique benefits that the average marketer might not recognize and exploiting those benefits  8-)

Another thing too is that if you are offering a rebate, you are building a relationship with the person and networking with them. This will make them more open to you and thus you might be able to bring other ideas to them that they might be responsive to  [smiley=12-party.gif]

And once again they just cut and run. No email to members, no nothing. I'll bet they could have sold the site to interested parties but no. Nothing.

I agree. I felt the same with some of the other programs. There were times that some of the owners did that even when they still had other existing programs to manage, thus also losing points for their other programs as well.

As for contact info, it seems they had a phone address in their contact page.. so maybe that would be a way to get in touch with the admin. The email and the form will not work if the hosting is down, but the phone would still work.

It was up not very long ago. Maybe a week or so. I was just there recently because I had decided to add it to my YGP site rotation. I'm getting so many credits there from the share purchases that I needed to add something. I was also promoting my DLF banner so I thought it would be a nice fit.  :dontknow

I'm wondering if this wasn't a medical issue because this was just a really strange way to end.
